Pre-Listing Inspections

Picture
All Real Estate Transactions should have a certified professional home inspection done before it closing.  With that in mind, most, buyers are going to have an inspection performed.  As a Seller, you can be ahead of the game by having a critical, neutral third party inspection and evaluation performed on your home.
All The Above Certified Home Inspectors will provide important documentation that you can utilize with your disclosures, allowing you the ability to price your home correctly, helping  eliminate those negotiation stumbling blocks, and most importantly allowing you the time to get reasonably priced contractors to handle those safety concerns and repairs.

Radon Testing/Monitoring

In Colorado, we live in one of the nations highest radon averages (9th at 6.8 pCi/L) in the United States.  Testing for the radioactive gas is an important part of owning and purchasing a home. Utilizing advanced equipment for testing and monitoring Radon Gas levels over a minimum of 48 hours, we are able to help you determine if the air quality in your home or future home is safe to you and your family.  We recommend the testing be scheduled as soon as possible, whether you currently own your home or are purchasing it and having the inspection done.
