Kevin Wold

Owner/Inspector

Kevin and his family moved to the Bayfield area in 2016 from Palisade, Colorado, where his wife's family owns an organic orchard.  He has lived his entire life in Western Colorado.  
Kevin spent 17 years in the pest control industry before making the transition to the home inspection industry.  The time spent in the pest control industry was focused on structural pest control.  He had to understand the biology of multiple pests, as well as gain extensive knowledge of construction for safety and function.  

Kevin and his family are very active within their church and their communities.  
Kevin is a high school football coach at Bayfield High School in the fall, as well as a Girl's Lacrosse Coach at Durango High School in the spring.  
Both, Kevin and his wife, participate heavily in their daughter's activities.
As a family, they get outdoors as often as possible and spend time in the mountains with Fender, the jeep and Axel, the family dog.  #AdventureswithFender
